Our client is a Sunderland based charity who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team for a 12-month FTC.
Main purpose
Reporting directly into the HR Operations Manager the role is the ideal opportunity for an immediately available Recruitment Advisor that is looking for a new challenge. The role is responsible for the recruitment of talent across the organisation as well as promoting the organisation as an employer of choice.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting with end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation
- Developing tailored recruitment strategies to maximise reach.
- Identifying the most appropriate sourcing channels to maximise reach.
- Assisting hiring manager in creating job adverts, job descriptions and person specifications.
- Supporting and coaching hiring managers with selection, assessment and interviews/
- Building an ongoing candidate pipeline
Person specification
- Previous experience working within recruitment specifically in a talent attraction position.
- Proven experience of providing recruitment advice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
