Prospero Teaching is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our enthusiastic team starting in September.

Early career teachers are also welcomed to apply! All experience and backgrounds are encouraged as we are recruiting for other roles as well.

This is a full time contract, starting in September.

Contract

  • Location - Southampton
  • Position - Primary School Class Teacher
  • Start date - ASAP/September
  • Days per week: 5
  • Contract type - Long term.
  • Minimum rate of pay - £150 per day.
  • Hours - 8:00am - 4:00pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a UK school.
  • Experience working in a primary environment
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training for this can be provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional references.
