Quality Assurance Specialist Duties:
- Maintaining customer complaints
- Identifying and developing processes
- Record and analysis customer complaints
- Assist the sales team to resolve customer concerns
- Develop standard work protocols
- Develop and deliver training programs
- Support internal and external audits
