The business is now looking for an experienced Project Manager (Systems) to join their growing team on a permanent basis, supporting projects end to end i.e. implementation of new mandates, Yardi system upgrades, managing the rollout of new modules etc.

Description
- Provide Yardi support to Property Managers, Asset Managers (internal and external).
- Oversee implementation of new mandates including task assignment, resource management and project documentation.
- Manage the rollout of new modules and functionalities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee Yardi system upgrades.
- Manage issues identification, review and resolution processes.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules and timelines.
- Allocate resources and manage project budgets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, including progress updates, performance metrics and post-project analysis.
- Lead on stakeholder reporting and communication.
Profile
- Experience of managing complex technical projects through the full project life cycle
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Must have Real Estate Systems knowledge
- Yardi is an advantage
Job Offer
- Salary of up to £59,000
- Hybrid-working - 3 days a week in the office (Central London)
