We have partnered with a leading Engineering company based In the Solihull area who are hiring for an Apprentice to join their Learning and Development Team.
This is a full time, permanent role based on- site, Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm.
The Apprentice role requires the following skills:
- Minimum of 4 GCSE's
- Computer Literate and proficient in Excel.
- Organised with a strong work ethic.
- Clear communicator both written and verbally.
- Comfortable working In a team and collaborating with others.
Key Information about the Apprentice role:
- Support L&D ensuring that training and development is in line with profiles.
- Assist L&D team with delivering internal and external training.
- Supporting management to ensure that all training meets standards and regulations.
- Identify new ways to promote learning and development opportunities.
- Assisting the team with various administration tasks.
Key Information about the Apprentice role Includes:
- Salary from £22k (negotiable)
