We have a current opportunity for a Void Officer on a temporary basis. The position will be based ijust outside Glasgow. The role will be for around 2 months however there may be an extension and also opportunity to apply for the permanent role.
The main duties you will be involved in will be:
- Identify, programme and instruct works in void properties
- Inspect properties, evaluate work requirements and process repairs works orders.
- Monitor contractors work and ensure it is completed within allocated timescale
- Assist in quality control inspection
Previous experience in this role or similar maintenance/technical role is essential. Start date is ASAP.
