Interim Finance Business Partner, Stonehouse, 3 months, £50-55K
Market-leading business, looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team. Working directly with Operational management and providing monthly performance variance analysis on key business metrics, key responsibilities include:
Business Partnering with Operations team, driving and supporting bottom line improvements
Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
Acting as a financial advisor, offering general financial support to commercial decision makers Ownership of Operational Budget
Implementation of weekly and monthly reporting to business on KPI's, with special emphasis on Cost Per Unit metrics.
Undertaking project-based work for specific strategies and business initiatives
Act as backup to Finance Manager
Qualified or Qualified by Experience, previous experience within manufacturing is an advantage.
Skilled in the use of MS Excel and knowledge of SAP, HFM or OneStream is an advantage
Effective communication skills and the ability to influence others
