£42,000-£45,000 + £3,000 car allowance + 5% annual bonus

Join our dynamic team as a Paediatric Clinical Lead where you will play a key role in our thriving and patient centered business. In this role, you will oversee bespoke care and support for our clients, helping them achieve their full potential and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with the Senior Clinical Team to assess and set up new complex care packages, ensuring patient-centered care plans are effectively carried out.

Everyday you will...

  • Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the service user, family and other health care professionals as appropriate ensuring goals are patient focused, realistic and achievable
  • Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the service user, family and carer and involving other statutory/voluntary/third ‘party' sector providers as necessary
  • Identify and manage risk as part of the care provision to clients whilst implementing precautions to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff, clients, visitors and the public, by implementing all policies related to health, safety, security and risk whenever applicable
  • Be responsible for the delivery of client specific clinical training for staff within packages where required and delegation of tasks to the HCA staff within the packages of care
  • Effectively work as part of the wider field-based team, building a strong team-based approach to providing care

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

  • A Paediatric Nursing degree with an active NMC pin
  • Recent experience with tracheostomy and ventilation, being fully competent in both areas
  • Experience in either a community setting complex care, critical care, ITU, HDU or A&E
  • A passion for delivering excellence in clinical and holistic care
