CMS Editor – 6 Month Contract – Hybrid – London – Inside IR35
VIQU have partnered with a global e-commerce organisation who are seeking a CMS Editor to support in the delivery of online content and changes to the website.
As CMS Editor, your role will include line management responsibilities, with at least one direct report.
Key responsibilities for the CMS Editor:
- Add new products to the website and update existing product listings, including product descriptions, images and multimedia content
- Create and manage promotional offers and banners within the CMS Provide QA support following guidelines set by the QA team
- Follow and promote best practise across the wider team
- Responsibility for CMS for your allocated brand team
- Working closely with key stakeholders, including presenting the work of the CMS team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business
Key skills and experience:
- Strong background working on CMS projects within E-Commerce organisations, ideally Drupal, .Net
- Good experience working with HTML, CSS, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Experience in creating and managing promotional offers within a CMS – and understanding of the mechanics behind this (e.g. pricing strategies, discount structures etc.)
- Past experience operating in a Senior / Lead role, having held previous responsibilities within line management
- Working with cross-functional teams, including technical and design teams – requires excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience using Jira, Confluence
- Our client is looking for a dynamic individual who is able to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast changing environment
Role details:
- Role: CMS Editor
- Duration: 6 months initial with view to extend
- IR35: Inside IR35 - (Off-payroll regulations apply)
- Rate: £400 - £440 per day
- Location: Hybrid – London
