Salary - £15,000 - £25,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission
Hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm - Saturday 9am - 5pm, 5-day week
Full license and own car required.
Our client is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Wanstead holding a high profile of properties they are looking for candidates with excellent negotiation skills, who are articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company.It is essential you are an experienced negotiator with good knowledge of the property sector.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our client's high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in estate agency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
