About the Role: As a successful teaching assistant, you will:
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) within the classroom.
- Provide one-to-one support and assist small groups of vulnerable students.
- Communicate clearly, serve as a dedicated role model, and build rapport with students.
- Assist teachers, monitor student progress, and provide feedback.
About the School:
- Large mixed secondary school catering to ages 12-18.
- Outstanding behaviour and a supportive environment.

- Part of an established team with an experienced SENco and weekly meetings.
Role Details:
- Pay: £85-£90 per day.
- Hours: 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, full-time until the end of the academic year.
Requirements:
- Hold a high-level degree.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
- CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
