Bookkeeping Manager
to join their team. The role offers a blend of office-based and home working, making it a flexible opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process bills and expenses
- Assist with VAT preparation and Year-End Accounts
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Address client queries and requests
- Review the team's work
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships
- Support the development and training of junior team members
Skills & Experience Required
:
- Strong VAT knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience within a practice
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively and offer tailored client solutions
- AAT Level 4 (preferred but not essential)
