In this Service Charge Assistant role, you will:
- Manage the service charge setting process for a designated portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation and policies.
- Coordinate the calculation of service charge estimates and actuals, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist the Team Leader at year-end by answering queries, performing year-end reconciliation for your area of responsibility and ensure all charges are correct and up to date.
- Be a key point for contact for tenants by answering queries relating to service charges and investigating potential errors.
Based in Dartford, the successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working model, allowing for remote work flexibility throughout the week up to three days. The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid understanding of service charge and lease legislation.
