Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts & Pricing Administrator to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Santry, Ireland.

This new and exciting role provides the opportunity for the successful candidate to become an integral part of the Commercial Pricing team. The role will involve creating prices for all business Units in OCS and will range from small/medium businesses up to producing bespoke offers for the largest FM Clients in ROI/UK.

The ideal candidate will have excellent initiative and analytical skills using critical thinking to resolve problems and apply considered judgement. Additionally, they will have enthusiasm coupled with an eagerness to learn and grow in the role, developing and sharing ideas to help shape the company for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for producing and validating the prices and quotes for both small and large business customers.
  • Preparing the price information for tenders/quotes for larger customers, and answering price related queries for both internal and external customers;
  • Delivering a quality and timely service to all relevant stakeholders ensuring a customer centric approach at all times.
  • Analysing competitor's offers in Facilities management and using this analysis to provide insights into price composition/trends in the facilities market.
  • Updating, developing, and improving the current price models.
  • Provide key business pricing data to finance during the budget and forecasting periods.
  • Working with the strategic bid team on large tenders for new and existing clients across the island of Ireland.
  • Support operations in updating quotes to existing clients.
  • Provide input into support around improving existing margin on clients.

About You:

Essential

  • 3rd Level degree in relevant field and/or the equivalent analytical work experience.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand issues and factors which play a part in the development of a price.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative where appropriate.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Competent in the use of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the FM sector.
  • Experience with modelling.
  • Previous experience as a pricing analyst.
  • Broad regulatory knowledge in relation to ROI and NI.
  • Qualifications in any software packages and databases used for pricing models.
