Key Responsibilities as a Digital Performance Analyst
- Deliver inflight performance updates on digital channels and initiatives across desktop, mobile, and marketing campaigns, reporting directly to the Senior Digital Planning & Trading Manager.
Core Experience and Skills
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics tools is required.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of tracking systems and websites.
- Previous online marketing experience, understanding the interplay between different marketing channels and online merchandising.
- Proven track record of digital performance analysis in an e-commerce team.
- Experience in optimisation, particularly A/B testing, with Maxymiser experience being a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to articulate thoughts and recommendations clearly.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of digital player journeys, opportunities, and issues.
- Play a key role in supporting the team with the analysis of digital performance, commercial, and customer data.
- Experience with SQL, Branch, and Qlik is a plus.
