The Role:
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales across a thriving Commercial Insurance based business.
The successful candidate should be a result-drive leader with a proven track record of sales management within the insurance sector.
You'll be overseeing a team, mentoring and taking charge of training to help provide a team with the best support possible to develop and support with team goals.
Requirements:
- 5 Years worth of Insurance Industry exposure in a sales related capacity
- Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM Software
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
