Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for a Customer Advisor Advanced in Warrington.

As a Customer Advisor Advanced, you will need to provide frontline customer service activities, LCSP, mailbox management, ownership of customer and developer queries, tracking of new connections and back office administrative support for the wider team.

Job Purpose

To provide support to customers regarding LCSP, establish flow rates, size of connection and meter requirement, provide customers with budgeting costs, create quotations for customers on SAP (SAP training provided) and generate work orders to contractors. This includes dealing with written & verbal complaints, handling payments from customers and raising sales orders/invoices, co-ordination of plot / address information with customers and Data and Knowledge Management, providing support and advice to other roles within Customer Operations, adherence to all business key performance indicators, and resolution of billing exceptions.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent experience in a customer facing organisation
  • Ability to deal with customer queries over the phone
  • Organisation skills
  • Knowledge of SAP (can be trained)
  • Proven administrative background
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer focused and service driven
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills

  • Shift: 37 hours per week
  • Hours: 8am-4 pm / 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm (on a rotating basis)
  • Start date: ASAP
