Business Development Executive
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Telesales/ Business Development Executive to join a leading business based in Romsey. This is a full-time permanent position and offers uncapped commission.
Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive
- Dialling up to 60 calls per day from current database
- Identifying new leads and opportunities
- Qualifying businesses and booking appointments
- Face to face sales including leaflet drops and canvassing locally
- Building key business to business relationships
Requirments:
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Money motivated
- Target and results driven
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and close the sale
The Buisness Development / Telesales Executive role:
- Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00
- Office based - 5 minutes from Romsey station
- Starting salary of £21,000 - £24,000 with uncapped commission
- OTE of £50,000 - £55,000 in the first year
- Commission is calculated at 15% of all business acquired from booked meetings. Raising to 20% when £10,000 profit is achieved
