I am currently working exclusively for a Public Sector Client who are looking to urgently bring in an experienced Workforce Systems Lead to join their Workforce and Organisational Development department.
The Role:
- Type: Contract (3+ months)
- Day Rate: £360 - £410 p/d inside IR35
- Location: London
- Hybrid: 2/3 days on-site
What you'll need to succeed
Key experience they're looking for include:
- HR systems subject matter expert
- Experience in project management of system deployment with proven delivery of complex projects
- Experience of managing an end to-end implementation of an HR System
- Technical and practical experience of implementing HR systems
- Team Management
- Experience working with ESR (Electronic Staff Records)
Ideal Skills/knowledge they're looking for include the following:
- Excellent technical systems knowledge
- Have an understanding of Change Management, Human Resource Management and Communication
- Highly skilled in use of translating business processes into workflows within systems
- Able to write reports.
