A worldwide distributor of products, services and supplies for the healthcare sector is looking for an Administrator to manage records, assets, and provide crucial support to ensure operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Administrator your key duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records on Excel
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Identifying and escalating data discrepancies for system accuracy
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned to meet department and company needs

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the role of Administrator you must have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to maintain precise and accurate records
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using modern web-based and CRM systems
  • Possess strong IT literacy, including intermediate Excel skills
  • The drive and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
