Salary £26-28k plus a bonus

We are currently working with a great company based in Oldham, one of the leading Business Finance providers in the UK who are looking to appoint a Business Support/Finance Administrator to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Key Duties

Reporting to the Business Support Manager - you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support for all ongoing lending cases

  • Sales & Proposal Coordination: Manage and coordinate the sales process between clients, vendors, and funders. Your excellent communication and attention to detail will be crucial.
  • Credit Searches & Finance Proposals: Promptly conduct credit checks and prepare finance proposals. You'll liaise with sales teams and funders to ensure smooth processing.
  • Finance Documentation: Generate, issue, and ensure all finance documents are correct and delivered on time, first time.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Raise necessary invoices and ensure prompt payments during the sales process.
  • CRM Management: Accurately process and record sales using our CRM and Proposal Management systems.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, vendors, and funders through effective communication and prompt responses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional levels of service to all customers, staying up to date with their needs and available financing options.
  • Teamwork & Company Goals: Positively contribute towards achieving individual, departmental, and company-wide objectives, and collaborate effectively with the wider business.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.

Profile:

  • Must have at least 12 months experience working within the Financial sector or similar
  • Solid Admin experience required
  • Strong communication skills - Verbal & Written
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills
