Due to the continuous development of our industry leading clients business, they are now recruiting for a Pricing Manager to join their team in the Lathom area.
This role offers the opportunity to work for a true independent market leader and established global brand. With a long established presence on a UK wide scale and a consistent order book this opportunity will appeal to a candidate looking for job security and a technical challenge.
Role Description
- Develop pricing strategies with Account teams across Europe to maximise price benefit and execute optimum prices
- Developing robust processes including approvals, updates and system maintenance
- developing an external view by exploring mark insights and competitors analysis, rolling out pricing strategies across the various customer groups.
- Manage commercial fundamentals and work with commercial teams to develop a structural shift in price based around market conditions.
- Lead projects related to Pricing Management Project for Commercial teams, covering all customer groups in Europe.
- Working on commercial fundamentals including receivables & deductions management as well as preparing data and ensuring actions are in place to deliver our commercial targets
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience within a commercial / strategy / pricing position
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to liaise with European connections
- Excellent data, mathematics, and analytical skills
