CMA HR Division is recruiting for an established brand in Bournemouth, Dorset for a HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract. The role is initially 6 months with a view to become more long term in the structure.

The role of the HR Business Partner is to be accountable for driving the people agenda within an assigned region, delivering a positive employee experience and promoting the employer brand.

What will HR Business Partner role involve?

  • Working closely with leaders, create a people plan for each region that aligns to the overall strategy and objectives, including talent management and succession planning to future-proof and build bench strength capability
  • Provide support and expert advice to line managers and leaders in respect of people management issues, mitigating commercial risk and seeking a timely resolution
  • Lead people solutions in respect of organisational change within business area, applying a consultative and commercial approach
  • Ensure employee relations principles, practices, procedures and best practice are adopted
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion considerations are embedded in the development of people solutions and actions.
  • Participate in group-wide projects that support the design and implementation of people solutions and employment framework
