- Invoice Management: Checking purchase orders against invoices and processing them efficiently.
- Financial Administration: Dealing with incoming post, scanning invoices into the system, and posting/allocating cash to the ledger.
- Supplier Reconciliations: Reconciling supplier statements and matching invoices with payments.
- Payment Processing: Preparing regular payment runs and handling company expenses.
- Query Resolution: Resolving any discrepancies or queries quickly and professionally.
