The Role
As our Operations Manager, you'll be the face of our newest location, ensuring every customer has a thrilling, seamless experience. Your role will keep you in the action, focusing on everything from safety and smooth operations to customer happiness and team motivation.
About You
- 2+ years in management, ideally in leisure or hospitality
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to dive in
- A natural leader who can inspire and rally a team
- Approachable and customer-oriented
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage Daily Operations: Lead the team in delivering a top-notch, fun-filled experience every day.
- Safety First: Make sure everyone is safe, from customers to crew.
- Brand Standards: Maintain our high standards at all times.
- Training & Development: Regularly train the team to keep everyone on their A-game.
- Admin & Compliance: Manage scheduling, health and safety, stock, recruitment, and training.
- Financial Goals: Partner with the General Manager to drive revenue and exceed profitability goals.
This is a full-time role, with flexible shifts based on 42.5 hours per week, including weekends and evenings. In return, you'll enjoy quarterly bonuses, career growth opportunities, and a fun, supportive work environment.
