We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our team in Islington. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in early years education who is eager to work full-time in a nurturing and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the learning and development of young children, working closely with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
- Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
- Carry out observations and assessments to track children's progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting.
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A caring and nurturing attitude towards young children.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
