Job Title: Communications & Engagement Assistant (Social Care Hub) ???

Location: Richmond (Hybrid working)

Remuneration: ?? Hourly rate: £16.88 Paye / £21.75 Umbrella

Responsibilities: ??

  • Assist with content creation and management for social media platforms, ensuring engaging and informative posts that reflect the values and objectives of the Social Care Hub.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative communication strategies and campaigns that effectively promote the mission and services of the Social Care Hub.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
  • Support the organisation of virtual and in-person events, including coordinating logistics and promoting participation through various channels.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging written and visual content for newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials.
  • Conduct research and gather insights on social media trends, best practises, and target audience preferences to continuously improve communication efforts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and organising meetings.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and strategies, with a strong ability to create engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
