In this role you will:
- Support the property function with landlord and tenant matters.
- Project Manage investment projects for our Scania network.
- Prepare and present updates and project plans to the executive team, to aid in the decision-making process.
- Lead and motivate the team and wider organisation to achieve established goals.
- Ensure the project is on track and moving forward in line with the defined budget.
About you:
Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks.
Excellent Attention to Detail – operating with accuracy, enabling you to present reliable information.
Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support.
Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Project Management - to plan and manage projects, to successfully complete the defined goals and deliverables.
Experienced – proven experience of working in a commercial property department with a proven track record.
