IDEX are leading the search to find an inspirational CEO to lead a highly successful and fast-growing insurance brokerage with big plans to expand their existing footprint as well as push out internationally an in to new markets.
This full fat, genuine CEO role (there's only one in this organisation!) will see you assume responsibility for shaping and executing, via your leadership team, the long-term strategic plan for the group.
You will be inheriting a successful, fast growing and well financed entity with a strong leadership and wider team in place.
Your responsibilities will span across Commercial, Corporate, London market specialty lines as well as MGA and Risk Management.
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the strategic direction of this well known Insurance Broker.
The focus will be on not only building the business for further growth (both organic and inorganic) but also diversifying and expanding the groups interests beyond their current footprint.
With office across the UK this role can be based anywhere.
