Job Title: Senior Managing Quantity Surveyor
Location: London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire (occasional projects in Kent)
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 (negotiable)

Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and confident Senior Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing large-scale house building projects, with a proven track record of delivering success. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Oversee the financial management of high-end house building projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports and financial statements to senior management.
- Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Liaise with site managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen to ensure projects are profitable and financially viable.
