£34,000 + Van + Fuel + Enhanced Rate Overtime + Progression Available
Do you hold experience extracting and installing cavity wall insulation? Are you based in the Northwest and comfortable travelling across this patch on a daily basis? Do you want to enhance your earning potential with excellent overtime opportunities?
This company specialises in the delivery of predominantly domestic-scale Renewable Energy and Sustainability projects with a big focus being towards ECO4 schemes such as Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pump and Insulation installations. They have grown significantly in the past year to about 100 permanent and contract staff, and they are now looking to expand their presence across England alongside a diversification of their services.
In this role you will work alongside another installer and take full ownership of all things cavity wall for the Northwest region. Although this will be your usual patch, you will occasionally need to travel further afield. When travelling nationwide you will be given the option to stay overnight in a hotel which will be covered by the company alongside expenses, such as meals etc.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Northwest and comfortable travelling daily to customer sites. You will have strong communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.
The role:
- Attending customer domestic properties to extract and fill cavity wall insulations
- Team of 2 installers based in the Northwest
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
- Overtime available with an enhanced rate
- Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
- 1 in 3 rota to be worked on a Saturday (9am-4pm)
The person:
- Comfortable working a 1 in 3 rota on a Saturday (9am-4pm)
- Must hold previous experience in cavity extracts and fills
- Full UK driving license & comfortable with travel around Northwest & nationwide
