I have an urgent requirement for two Business Analysts with expertise in Payments and Treasury for a leading Retail Bank. The primary focus will be on delivering new Liquidity solutions.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services.
- Experience in Payments and Treasury environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Liquidity Management requirements within Payments and Treasury.
- Strong understanding of Basel III regulatory requirements.
- Ability to collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting implementation delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, negotiate, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders.
