Responsibilities:
- Part of the senior leadership team business partnering the General Manager
- Produce weekly performance reports.
- Forecast cash flow weekly.
- Ensure financial controls compliance.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial accounts.
- Reconcile invoiced revenue.
- Lead accurate year-end accounts production.
- Manage working capital and supplier relations.
- Ensure timely statutory returns.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant or finalist.
- Leadership experience.
- Ideally, manufacturing industry background.
