MRICS Quantity Surveyor

Posted by EC PROPERTY RECRUITMENT LTD.

A rapidly growing consultancy with an excellent name in the market is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role has arisen due to increased demand from clients.

They are a firm focused on Quantity Surveying and providing their blue chip clients with the best possible service. The firm works in a flat structure with teams which can best service a particular client and project. When the job is done the team is disbanded so you can move freely in to new projects. This promotes strong client engagement and cooperative office environment.

The work will include; all types of residential property (everything from high end to student accommodation), offices, hotels, leisure, retail and heritage. Clients range from some of the best know commercial companies to well known developers and funds.

You will join an experienced team, based near Waterloo, who have successfully created a good pipeline of work which now needs a few more experts to service. You will also work with long standing clients to keep a constant flow of new and interesting work coming in.

Although the professional side of the business continues to go from strength to strength an increasing emphasis has been put on working environment and employee work-life balance. They keep staff satisfaction and retention exceedingly high through a relaxed office, flexible working arrangements, once you've got your feet under the desk along with sports, charity events, networking and corporate entertainment. All of this leads to a fulfilling career as opposed to just a job.
