Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an iconic brand in their fast-paced ecommerce distribution centre. The successful applicant will have proven management skills within a fast-paced fulfilment environment with a good knowledge of ecommerce distribution, continuous improvement and SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to up to 90 staff with assistance from 3 assistant managers and 7 team leaders
- Promote continuous learning and development of the team and conduct regular appraisals and performance reviews
- Ensure that customer orders are processed and packed in line with SLAs.
- Undertake order investigations and resolve issues
- Define and improve best practices for operational processes within the packing function
Experience:
- Previous management experience gained in a fast-paced ecommerce retail environment
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- Able to implement Continuous improvement within an online packing operation
- Able to resolve issues
- Good understanding of budgets and data
