Job Description:
My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects within the retail and distribution sector, ranging in value from £100K to £4M. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience at Project Manager level in the construction industry
- Proven track record of managing site-based projects
- Willingness to work nationwide and be site-based from Monday to Friday
- CSCS Card qualification is preferred
- Experience working on retail projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
