RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic manufacturer who are looking to bring on board an accounts assistant who has a strong accounts payable background but wanting to develop. This role is a full time, permanent role. Reporting into the Financial director you will have exposure to the finance department but also the wider business.
This role would suit someone who is ambitious and looking for an all round accounts role, either AAT qualified or a recent graduate looking to take their step in the finance world.
Duties will include:
- Processing invoices (high volume)
- Matching the PO and goods in
- Weekly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process expenses
- Assist with month end reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with preparing budgets and P&L
- Review data and support with some analysing
- Other ad-hoc duties
