Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with neurological conditions.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at maximizing patients' functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of therapy services.
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience working with patients with neurological conditions.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
