I am exclusively working with a client, who are seeking an Employee Relations advisor to join their team.
Working hours can be flexible, as long as you are able to work between the CORE hours of 9am - 3pm with some flexibility depending on the business requirements.

Job Description:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, including long-term sickness management, performance management, and coaching managers.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure that the organisation's policies and procedures are followed.
- Support managers in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on the management of long-term sickness absence, including conducting return-to-work interviews and developing action plans.
- Develop and deliver training to managers on employee relations topics, including long-term sickness management, performance management, and coaching managers.
- Support the HR team in the delivery of HR projects and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 3 and relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in an HR advisory role, with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing long-term sickness absence and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project management and organisational development would be an advantage.
