Remuneration: £30,000 - £36,000neg + quarterly bonus

The role of the Customer Experience Executive - Architectural Ironmongery & Hardware will involve:
- Customer Service dealing with a premium range of luxury hardware for doors, windows, lighting, electrical, stairs, signage, trims, fittings, bathrooms and showers
- All of your time will be spent dealing with queries from building contractors, interior designers & architects within the commercial, hospitality & high-end residential sectors
- Deal with incoming enquiries, primarily through email but also over the phone
- Provide technical support and advice to clients for any product related queries
- Liaise internally with the sales & ops departments to provide updates to clients
- Raise orders and quotes for the sales team
The ideal applicant will be Customer Experience Executive - Architectural Ironmongery & Hardware with:
- Must have experience within a customer service position
- Must have a keen attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Must have an exemplary telephone manner
- Experience with ironmongery, interiors or architecture highly beneficial
- Resilient, friendly and with a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
