I am seeking MULTIPLE National Account Manager/Commercial Managers. This role reports into the Senior Commercial Manager.
FMCG Sales, confidently forecast, analyse and present. You must be flexible to attend the office site 5 x days a week (Surrey / other Sites), unless out on Customer Visits.

Description
The successful National Account Manager/Commercial Manager will:
- Full P&L responsibility
- Creation and agreement of JBP
- Promotional Performances
- Daily commercial contact for accounts
- Work with Marketing to develop and implement Customer Plans, Instore and Online Activations Plan
- Effective evaluation of Promotional Performance + developing recommendations to maximise promotional effectiveness
- Reporting and Data Analysis and Creating Action Plans
- Liaising with Supply Site Planners to ensure full CSL
- Project Management NPD
- Develop strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support brand initiatives and promotions.
- Utilise market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the company's reputation.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to assist in business planning.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve company targets.
Profile
A successful National Account Manager/Commercial Manager should have:
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Full P&L responsibility, forecasting and reporting!
- Analytical Skills
- Work under pressure!
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- A strong understanding of the FMCG market and consumer trends.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A results-driven approach, with the ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full Driving License
- Ability to travel when required - customer visits / sites
