Castlefield are currently partnered with an industry leading organisation based in North Leeds who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on an initial 4 month temporary basis. The company offer hybrid working of 2 days a week in the office and parking is available on site.
Duties include;
- Dealing with a range of customer enquiries over the phone
- Issuing statements
- Chasing invoices and setting up payment plans
- Perform customer account reconciliations
- Liaising with various internal teams to support the collection of monies
- Dealing with a range of queries in the Credit Control inbox
Person;
- Strong experience of Credit Control
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Have experience of chasing debts from major accounts previously
