Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Database Environment.
- Provide production-level SQL support to Operations and Development teams.
- Collaborate with third parties to resolve issues with bespoke systems.
- Conduct regular capacity management and security audits.
- Ensure data security within the Database estate.
- Document and implement SQL configuration changes and development application updates.
- Work closely with IT Development teams on troubleshooting production systems.
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of DBA experience.
- Advanced T-SQL skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- Familiarity with automation deployment tools like Azure DevOps and OctopusDeploy.
- Experience with HADR (High Availability Disaster Recovery) and Windows Server Administration.
