HR Assistant

We have a great opportunity for a HR Assistant on a 10 Month Maternity Contract basis for a company in Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.

You will be CIPD qualified level 3 or above.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years experience either from HR or a Recruitment background and a good general education - English and Maths GCSE Grade C and above.

The role will be working in a team of 3 reporting into the Head of HR with duties to include:

Providing a comprehensive professional HR Admin support service to the HRBP and HR Department with a key focus recruitment and onboarding along with general HR lifecycle.
Recruitment Administration - to include liaising with recruitment agencies, placing adverts, arranging interviews
New Starter inductions and onboarding across sites, primarily Milton Keynes and London.
Producing Contracts of Employment and Offer Packs.
Maintaining HR Database.
Produces monthly statistical HR reports for headcount, sickness, holiday utilisation and temporary staffing.
Accurately maintain manual and electronic personnel files in a confidential manner.
Answer general HR enquries by telephone and email.
Act as a key note-taker at meetings, typing up notes and circulating to all parties
