Reed have a really exciting new role with a fantastic business who are on the hunt for an Operations Manager that can help grow with their business.
Reporting directly to the Founder you will be responsible for the running of the business, implementing ongoing processed and procedures and ensuring their rapid growth. They are planning on adding another 40 people within a year!

Role- Operations Manager
Salary- £45,000-£60,000 DOE
Location- Remote (company based in Edinburgh)
Hours- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Duties include-
- Delivering support to the Founder
- Developing and implementation of contracts including staff and B2B contracts
- Implementing and achieving ISO accreditation
- Working in partnership with external consultants including finance and HR consultants
- Implementing HR procedures and being responsible for any internal HR related issues with the support of their external HR consultancy
- Staff management
- Dealing with any external contractor queries or requirements
- Creating of a positive working environment and driving a positive, professional culture withing the business
- Attending various internal management meetings
- Working on and leading various inhouse projects
- Utilising reporting, strategy and research skills
Essential skills-
- Operations management
- ISO accreditation experience
Preferable skills/experience
- Experience of working for a software based company
- Languages or interpreting skills
