We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of an industry-leading, privately owned business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director and contribute to the effective management of the company's credit control function.

The addition of a new Credit Controller position reflects their commitment to strengthening their financial operations and supporting the business's ongoing success.

About the Role:

The Credit Controller will play a key role in managing the company's credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining healthy cash flow. You will work closely with both internal departments and external clients, fostering strong relationships to support efficient credit management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the timely collection of outstanding invoices
  • Monitoring customer accounts to ensure credit limits are adhered to
  • Investigating and resolving any payment discrepancies or disputes
  • Preparing regular credit control reports for senior management
  • Liaising with internal departments and external clients to facilitate smooth credit operations

About You:

This role is ideal for a Credit Controller with experience in a fast-paced and successful business environment. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships. Experience in a similar role within an industrial sector, such as manufacturing or logistics, would be highly advantageous.
