Sales Administrator

Job Description: We are currently looking to recruit a Experienced Full or Part l time Sales Administrator for one of our a well established companies based in Daventry.

Hours Full Time Monday to Friday 39 hours per week / Part time 25 hours per week- all office based.

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support to the sales team which includes,handling of customer enquiries the office, preparation and follow up of sales quotations,maintaining efficient filing systems for quotations

Salary dependant on Experience

Job Responsabilites:

To handle and respond efficiently to any email, telephone sales enquiries recieved by the office.

Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients.

Supporting Sales Managers generating reports and organising data obtained from internal administrative system.,

Maintain good customer relationships by acting as a extension of the field sales force.

Liase between other departments,i.e. Operations department and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs

Ensure effective filing and administrative system to support the Sales Team, keep notes on pending quotations and bids.

Maintain understanding of our products and services.

Ensure that all pending quotations and requirements are organised efficiently.

Carry out any other duties deemed suitable by the company.

Knowledge and Skills Desired

A good standard of education including formal qualifications in Maths and English - GCSE or equivelant.

Minimum of two years' of work experience in sales administration / order duties.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Service-oriented, attention to detail, capable of working to deadlines under pressure.

Able to work without constant supervision and organise oneself and workload appropriately to meet the required standards.

Must have a professional and proactive approach to customer service.

Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as require.

Comply with all company rules including all Health,Safety,Quality and Environmental requirements.
