We have a new opportunity to join our NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) as an Engagement Lead! In this role you will work alongside key stakeholders within primary care, community groups and local businesses, to raise awareness of our services and promote referrals.

Every day you will...
- Work alongside the Regional Manager to develop engagement action plans that address local key strategic priorities and raise the profile of our NDP Program across mid and south Essex.
- Attend GP practices, local health groups and primary care meetings to promote the range of Xyla services available in the area and develop, improve, and sustain referral pathways.
- Report on progress against relevant KPI's and targets, providing regular updates as requested on progress of local action plans.
- Support communications strategies (e.g., public open events, training and awareness raising sessions, communications materials, social media etc.), to promote the services and capture referrals.

To thrive in this role you must ideally have...
- Previous experience working within health and wellbeing services or a primary/secondary care setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A positive and proactive approach with the ability to motivate, engage and support partnership delivery.
- A passion for health improvement.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
