M&E Engineer required for our client, a specialist in the delivery of M&E Building services across London and Home Counties. Our client is currently seeking a M&E engineer to maintain multiple sites across London and Home counties. The M&E engineer should have experience in PPM and Reactive works, hold a full UK driver's license.
The Mobile M&E Engineer will ideally also be willing to perform all other general maintenance/PPM Electrical Equipment as per SFG20 specification (Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards, LV Switchgear, Control panel, Light Control Management systems, Trace Heating). Will be also be working on mechanical equipment's such as motors, pumps, AC, Chillers, fan coil, AHU and ventilation.

Position Overview
- Working on all types of mechanical & electrical assets
- Mechanical duties: pump overhauls, valve and pipework repairs, cooling tower testing, vibration analysis, fixing leaks, HIU servicing, belt and pully alinement checks, fault finding, chiller and boiler checks, water treatment / temperature monitoring and constantly look for ways to reduce the overall cost of the production
- Electrical Duties: motor testing, BMS monitoring, meter checks, fault finding and constantly look for ways to reduce the overall cost of the production
- Servicing AHU's, FCU's, HIU's, chillers, pumps, invertors, cooling towers, adiabatic coolers, underfloor heating, pipework and a good working knowledge of all other M&E & HVAC

Position Requirements
- Time served mechanical / electrical apprenticeship
- City & Guilds or equivalent Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- NHC HND (desirable)
- Minimum six years' experience in the field
**M&E Engineer
Position Remuneration
- 45-50K DOE
- Overtime - 1.5 & 2X
- Travel pay after 45 minutes each way.
- Company Vehicle, Private use + Fuel Card
- 21 days plus bank holiday and rising to 25 after 1 year service
- Call out 1-9 plus £150 standby payment
- PPE, Uniform, Mobile
- 40 Hour week (Mon to Fri 8am - 5 pm including hour break)
