Are you passionate about live entertainment and skilled in data analysis? Our client is seeking a talented Ticketing & Data Analyst to join their dynamic Marketing team.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of ticketing setups and sales reports for tours and shows. You will provide ticketing strategy and detailed insights to inform marketing campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-award-winning talent management, television production, and live promotion group with offices in London, Los Angeles, and New York. The group represents a diverse roster of artists, including award-winning actors, comedians, writers, and directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ticketing setup and sales reports for promotional tours and shows.
  • Develop ticketing strategies and provide detailed insights and data analysis to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, press, management, and live divisions, focusing on ticketing inventory and revenue management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on CRM to centralize customer data collection, including GDPR-compliant email data capture.
  • Data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis to detect and decode trends within datasets.
  • Present data insights to key stakeholders.
  • Research and test new data utilization methods.
  • Create efficient processes and systems for data handling.
  • Collate and report sales figures with meaningful insights for internal and external use.
  • Problem-solve and communicate effectively with venues regarding sales.
  • Manage mailing lists across marketing platforms.

About You:

  • Experience in a live entertainment ticketing is a MUST
  • Passion for comedy and live entertainment.
  • Proficient in a high level of data analysis and Excel.
  • Understanding of the live ticketing landscape in London and the UK.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and reports simultaneously.
  • Ability to work autonomously without supervision, specifically in data analysis.
  • Knowledge of data visualization software like TABLEAU and POWER BI is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of CRM email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Dot Digital).
  • Experience in GDPR.
  • Proven customer relationship management lead experience.
  • Dedicated presence in the office for effective collaboration and communication.
